Raymond Stevens was a lifelong resident of Norfolk, VA.  His wife, Mary Katherine Stevens, moved to the area in 2014. They moved to Suffolk, VA in 2022 where they now reside next to their 6,000 sq ft aircraft and parts storage facility. Both are licensed private pilots. Ray earned his commercial and instrument ratings in addition to A&P and IA mechanic certifications. Their prior aircraft related business was a airplane banner towing company that operated in Hampton Roads from 1971 to 2022. Ray’s father, Alston M Stevens, operated South Norfolk airport from 1971 - 1985, where the banner business was originally based.  The family’s planes were based at Hampton Roads Executive Airport since 1985.  Throughout his life, Alston amassed an extensive inventory of airplanes and airplane parts. His death in August of 2019 left the family with these aircraft and parts. Additionally, Ray has collected his own inventory of used aircraft parts during his aviation work with his father.

As a A&P and IA mechanic, Ray can assist with aircraft accident recovery and investigation. He is skilled in knowing how best to disassemble GA aircraft for parts sales. Follow and message Ray on Facebook!

In addition to airworthy parts, we also have an extensive stock of materials (unairworthy cylinders, propellors, wing spars, wing sections, instruments) available for man caves, producers of aviation art and air boaters.
